Our director, Mr. Fujikawa, realized that the quality of IT services provided by many companies in Japan was extremely low, which he found deeply disappointing.

The company director has experience working in a leading service division of a major Japanese telecommunications company.

Our director, Mr. Fujikawa, realized that the quality of IT services provided by many companies in Japan was extremely low, which he found deeply disappointing. For example, it was not uncommon to find modems and routers connected only by power cables completely unused while companies continued to pay unnecessary monthly fees for them. This kind of waste was widespread, especially in foreign companies’ Japan branches, yet often went unnoticed by their overseas headquarters.  He also observed that many companies had not implemented centralized IT management systems such as Active Directory, resulting in inefficient and unreliable management of users, devices, and access rights. This lack of integration often led to fragmented operations and increased security risks that were rarely recognized until a major failure occurred. Mr. Fujikawa found this especially troubling and became strongly motivated to help companies modernize and streamline their IT environments.

Determined to change this situation, Mr. Fujikawa founded eCorpOne Co., Ltd. He believed that true improvement required first transforming the mindset of the people within the company itself.

In fact, many of the clients we have met in the past relied entirely on outsourcing their IT operations to vendors and had no clear understanding of what contracts they had in place. To address this, we began by helping our clients develop internal personnel capable of managing and understanding basic IT operations and contracts on their own.

IT infrastructure integration and management service

We have provided IT support for global companies, interviewed 1,000+ engineers, collaborated with 300+ companies, and refined our IT management.

We built a new Tokyo office from scratch and handled M&A separations, Active Directory migration, Microsoft 365 SSO, and Synology NAS backups.

We are Tokyo based company providing IT support services for corporations.

Our strength is being able to analyze corporate IT and business environment, such as existing IT systems and tax laws to minimize costs and customer’s corporate spending schedule.

Solar power plants were built with poor technical design and quality

Our director noticed that many solar power plants were built with poor technical design and quality, which inspired him to start designing and building power plants himself. This marked the beginning of our renewable energy business.

One of his first initiatives was to carefully analyze the shadows cast by surrounding structures and the movement of those shadows throughout the day, then integrate this data into the wiring and panel layout. Since even slight shading can significantly reduce the output of solar panels, he succeeded in dramatically improving energy yield by optimizing the system configuration.

In addition, he focused on areas often overlooked by professional EPCs and electrical contractors—such as cable layout and cable type selection. By redesigning these with both efficiency and cost in mind, he achieved significant reductions in material and labor costs while also improving the long-term profitability and maintainability of the installations.

As his involvement deepened, he also played a key role in the integration of battery systems. This included the analysis of State of Charge (SOC) characteristics and the complex relationship between battery profitability and degradation. These hands-on experiences led to the development of our proprietary battery-related services, which we now offer as part of our broader energy solutions.

Through these and many other innovations, our solar power plants now feature not only elegant appearances but also superior durability, technical precision, and economic performance that distinguish them from conventional installations.

Solar energy integration and management

Efficient design considering factors including:

  • Shadow
  • Underground matters (rocks, wastes, soil strength, legal requirement, etc)
  • Wiring shortness
  • Material nature
  • Cost and ROI balance analysis
  • Consensus of local residents

We have been in this business since 2016, with 100% success rate and average 20% ROI.

All sites are managed by us (eCorpOne) with remote monitoring: IP security cameras, human detection, recording, and electricity monitoring systems.

We have developed 12 solar sites in Japan (as of 2025).
